Konrad Gajda is a Property Investor based in Rugby.  He started his property career back in 2019, without any prior business background. Konrad began with no money, no previous knowledge about the property, and no confidence and self-belief. Since then, and with the right support, Konrad has gone on to complete a vast number of deals using different strategies like Deal Packaging, Service Accommodation, and Property Management. Konrad’s main strategy is Rent 2 Rent HMO’s and with this model, he has built a portfolio of over 70 R2R HMO units. He is now building his asset empire using investors and JV finance.
